"A very nice place for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 22, 2012
free wifi, and nice accommodations, what else could one want?
"It Was OK"Reviewed by Laura J of "Grand RApids, MI" on Apr 14, 2012
This hotel was clean and comfortable, but old and outdated. One thing I noticed was that there was no mirror in the main room which was odd. Typically one can use that while another uses the bathroom in the morning. My biggest complaint was that they allowed a hockey team or something to stay right near our room. This hockey team partied all night long. The noise kept us up all night long. I have to wonder why Security didn't address it. Anyway, when we mentioned it to the attendant at the desk the next morning, he said that we should have called the Front Desk and that they would have moved us to another room! Really? WE should have to get up and move at 3:00 AM instead of them addressing the rude noisey hockey team?? No thanks...there are several other hotels in the area.
"Can't beat this for the price!"Reviewed by Mary D of "St Paul MN" on Apr 13, 2012
Beds were super comfortable! Bathrooms and some common areas needed some updating but then, they'll have to charge more. Nice lounge and restaurant. Overall, great value!

"Great deal"Reviewed by Deven R of "MA" on Jan 4, 2012
Lot's of fire trucks and ambulances out and about, could hear from the 15th floor, but the view was pretty good for the location, and the room was nice. As seen in pictures, bathroom doors in the executive king big suite we were in don't lock/fully close, so be prepared for that (swing doors). The pillows were kinda huge, but the breakfast in the morning was great, but get there early for the best selection (fresh fruits and juices, croissants, sausages, etc). If you're going to squareone, it's literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance to a door leading into squareone. Pool was nice, hottub wasn't hot enough for my tastes, but room was great and hotel itself was great. Stayed on christmas +/-, so was also a bit understaffed and I actually had the entire pool and hottub to myself on christmas day.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room is simple and sufficient. The workout facility is lacking, as it appears to be a room that was converted into a workout room therefore one treadmill, bike, elliptical and universal machine are in there. If you are going to Toronto, the city itself isn't far but traffic can make it up to an hour and a half away so keep that in mind. For the price though, it was worth it to say at this hotel.
"I LOVE this hotel!"Reviewed by Emily S of "Pittsburgh, PA" on Sep 7, 2011
I had such a good stay. The bedroom and living room were separated by pocket doors. The hotel was sold out and we never heard a peep from anyone in the lobby. It was clean, the couch was comfortable, the size of the room was really good. A bathrobe was folded neatly on our bed. I loved everything about it. The tub was a standard sized tub with jets, it was nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample and well-lit. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. We stayed there two nights and I honestly didn't want to check-out and go home.
