"Great location, miserable beds"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn downtown Montreal and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The location was perfect for all that we had planned. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the beds were just awful. They seemed old, hard and just plain uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here, but would ask for a room with new beds.

Very modern and cool, but small room.
"great little hotel in Montreal"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We have stayed at this property a few times when visiting Montreal. Spacious, comfortable, good location. The apartment like living is nice if you are visiting Montreal for more than a couple of days, especially when normal hotel rooms start feeling cramped.
"Close to Bell Centre"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
I went to Montreal for a Canadiens game and this hotel is within walking distance of the Bell Centre. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, pointing out great eateries tourist attractions.
"Very good hotel, would stay there again"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
This hotel was old and seemed to be in the process of some renovations in the lobby. The bathrooms were small and our biggest complaint was the radiator heat. Since there was no thermostat or way to control the temperature in the room it got very hot over night. Other than these little complaints the hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable, the parking was pretty easy for a city and the front desk staff was friendly.
"large room, great service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Apart from a very slow elevator, the hotel was well-run and the room unusually spacious and conveniently organized. Room service was friendly and efficient. I ate int he bar/restaurant once and though the food was probably considerably better than one usually finds in such places, it was rather over-priced and so too the wine, for quite ordinary stuff. Overall, a very positive experience.
"Perfect"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
Went to Montreal for a Canadians hockey game..This hotel couldn't be in a better place for all that you'd want to do..2 blocks from Bell ctr and surrounded by shopping and dining..Getting to the lobby entrance and parking garage were the only difficulties I had..Hotel and staff were wonderful..Will make a return trip in the summer to enjoy the city..Room was very clean as was the entire hotel..
"Fantastic"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
The hotel is small yet stylish and trendy. Day time manager was a little snooty otherwise was in a great location. The room was excellent great king bed LOVE the double shower.
