  i had a great time at this hotel. very close to nightlife, and good places to eat nearby. also got a great deal on the room, so for a lone traveller like myself, close to ideal. would come here again. the people are also extremely nice, above and beyond what i normally expect.

  We stayed at Rosedale on Robson for 6 days and were pretty happy with almost everything at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The service was good. The location was especially good for us. It was close to a lot of restaurants on Robson, but not right in the middle of busy business district. The only complaint I had was that the soundproof of the rooms was pretty bad. We could hear noises (all kinds) from other rooms (upstairs).

  The room was awesome- two double beds, with a door in between. Spacious and clean. It's a bit old, though, especially the bathroom fixtures. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The only problem I could see was the elevator. In order to call it to the lobby you have to swipe your card and the reader is apparently very old. Be prepared for some frustration. Also the carpet in the halls are kind of stinky. But overall, it's a great location and we were VERY pleased with the hotel.

  On the smaller side, but comfortable. My room had great views and the location is very central and within walking distance to all places worth visiting.

  After I checked out, I was advised about my camera charges and a skirt was left in the room from the cleaning lady. That was so helpful !!!
