there were a few maintenance problems, which were fixed promptly.
"great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
i had a great time at this hotel. very close to nightlife, and good places to eat nearby. also got a great deal on the room, so for a lone traveller like myself, close to ideal. would come here again. the people are also extremely nice, above and beyond what i normally expect.
"Snug hotel in the heart of the action"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
This stylish hotel represents a great bang for your buck if you like the feel of a boutique hotel but are traveling on a budget. It's located in the heart of the city, close to shops, museums, dining, and pubs. If you're looking for an amenity-loaded hotel, this is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a newly renovated place to rest your head and don't mind the no-frills experience, this is the right place for you!
"very satisfactory"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
Very good hotel. Sadly the pub and restaurant were being renovated and could not be enjoyed. However they did give discount coupons for a nice restaurant close by. Will likely use again for future visits.

"Great apartment hotel room"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
Good location to downtown sites. We loved having a kitchen, dining room and living room plus the bedroom. Grocery store across the street with prepared food, Good restaurants nearby especially Joeys. Has a pull out couch for kids.
"Small but comfortable"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
We were 3 friends having a fun Vancouver getaway, and it worked out really well with this hotel. The suite was a little tight, esp. the bathroom, and we had to ask for an extra set of towels each day because the bathroom only had room for 2 sets -- why they didn't just look on their list and put another set on the counter, I don't know! Silly thing to complain about, but it seemed to basic! Otherwise, decently appointed kitchen, only a table for 2, but that was fine, as we could eat in the living room. Our room overlooked Davie Street and the clubs, but wasn't as noisy as I expected it to be! Great location, everything accessible by foot or on a bus.
