"Great Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The Pan Pacific was a great location to get around town on foot as well as the train. I was surprised that there was a daily rate for WiFi?? Really in this day and age it should be of no charge considering the price for a room. This trip was not for business but relaxation so I would have enjoyed the use of my Ipad to look up places to see and eat. Thank you Starbucks downstairs for free WiFi. The pool was fantastic on a night full of stars and open late for guests, thank you for that. Parking your car in the garage, no winter rates there. Be prepared to dig deep for 2 nights of parking. What we were charged would have been a nice dinner for two.
"Perfect location between Yaletown and Gastown"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
I am always happy with my stay in Westin and this particular hotel was no different. Our suite was quite large and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I am looking forward to visiting this hotel again in the future!
"Great Staff, Great Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Have stayed here a few times. Love the proximity to downtown, Granville Island and the Seawall. Staff is always friendly and I really appreciated the no fuss late check-out. Myhotel of choice for stopovers.

Beautiful view of the downtown city lights from our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had lots of space. Loved the fact that there was an empty refrigerator in the room so we can put our drinks/foods in. Be caution that the hotel is next to a hospital so you'll hear the ambulance sirens every now and then. The pool was a bit of a disappointment because the room was small and the area was down in a basement-like floor. It looked clean but we didn't go for a swim because there was too much chlorine smell in the air. Probably would stay here again for the location and the excellent staff.
"Wonderful hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
This hotel was clean, new, had great food and was close to everything. It was very surprising for a Holiday Inn and better than many hotels I have been staying in recently.

"Great Value!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
We were shocked how nice the hotel was for the price we paid. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Very knowledgable of the surrounding area for things to do and places to eat. The location can't be beat. Easy walking distance to Rodgers Areana for those wanting to catch a Canucks game and across the street from the larger areana that houses concerts and other special events. Would recommend and will definitely get our first look next time we go to Vancouver.
