This place epitomizes the word average. There is nothing great about this place nor is there anything horrible. Our floor was very dirty. It wasn't visibile dirt or anything obnoxious but after walking around for half an hour, the bottom of my foot was black. Also had a few cigarettes in the cushions of our couch and neither of us smoke so I question how well things are cleaned. Location is fine. It's a 15 minute walk to a decent grocery store or you can go to the terribly overpriced convenience store a few minutes away. Pool was nice to swim in and check-in/check-out was pretty easy. I will probably never visit Cairns again because we live so far away but if we do come back, we probably wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't great either. Like I said, very average.

Great Stay , we would choose this again. Nice place and great value for money. Staff were very helpful. Not luxury but every thing you need - well maintained and fresh. Lovely setting. Well equipped, Good continental breakfast. BBQ facilities were really good with lots of space for large family or a party. Walk to down down 15 minutes, bus at the door.
