Enjoyed the Hotel, room was quite, great view, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel is situated in light industrial area which is ALWAYS my preference instead of a residential area. You get alot less walk by traffic which usually means less theft and vandalism, had no issues at all at this site.

It was good, waiter was excellent in restaurant and a bonus when we found out kids eat free. Only one disappointment no whirlpool.

The journey from the airport to the Hotel was freaky. After 2 -3 miles traveling away from the airport, we turned off the main road, onto a side road and then onto dirt roads surrounded by fields. At 11.00 at night I had no idea where this was all leading. Eventually, the hotel appeared. At the hotel, it was explained that the city had put in a new expressway that had cut the hotel off from their direct and short access to the airport. I suggest the driver should explain this to his passengers before setting off on the tour of the dark wilderness of Alberta.

Nice hotel excellent staff... Neighborhood is mostly light industrial and commercial.. Wouldnt go for a walk after dark.. Smoking rooms very clean hallways had a strong odour of smoke though. Got the impression this hotel is used a lot as a party spot.. Woke up several times to hear security removing loud guests from rooms

excelent staff, comfy beds warm rooms, the Kingsize bed has a huge down quilt, nice touch and the cookies are good with your insuite coffee.
