"One night in Calgary"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
Over all it was good. Since i was there for a n=oone night stay the area was not an issue, if i was there longer i would like to have been in a different area, but i felt the area to be safe, and that is what really counts

Nice hotel, good service, terrible wireless though.
"Great Location, Friendly Service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 21, 2012
It was a great place to stay. Easy access to major roads and conveniently close to downtown while not being nearly as pricey as the hotels in the heart of the city. The breakfast served was also very good.
"Calgary motel - close to attractions"Reviewed by Julia P of "Austin TX" on Mar 29, 2012
Nice motel met my expectations. It was located on the west side of downtown, so I was able to see Banff without going thru traffic. Clean, comfortable large room. The worse thing was a lack of elevator, but I managed. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The price reflects the overall condition of the hotel as you would expect.
"Great value and good location"Reviewed by R B of "Nassau" on Jan 24, 2012
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and except for some excessive dry cleaning charges because they did not explain that items would be sent and charged separately, it was a good stay. Housekeeping staff did not display sanitary practices while riding in the elevator and did not seem to care about cleanliness or appearances but most of them were friendly. If they can upgrade the rest of the hotel, it would be wonderful. The bed was new and comfortable but the carpet and furniture a bit old. Good value though when everything else in the area is very pricey.
"Best Western VP in Calgary"Reviewed by Dr K of "Dallas, TX" on Jan 8, 2012
I just spent 6 days at this hotel, and it was great! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is in a good location, near public transit and lots of cabs out front. Also lots of places to eat at, or order in from. Pool, hot tub, and coffee shop inside. Great staff too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
