  I was very satisfied and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exellent.

  I was there on business, the worst problem I had was issues with connecting with the internet, finally on the last two nights I had a connection. Excellent customer service and on my next trip to London, Ontario I will be back to stay at the Delta London Armouries.

  We were in London for a hockey tournament and although the building is old and lacks a few of the conveniences of a newer building, the people were very helpful and did everything possible to compensate for some of the building's deficiencies. The room itself was larger and more comfortable than a lot of newer facilities and the under-ground parking included in the rate was a very pleasant bonus. We will certainly stay there again if we are in London overnight.

  It was ok. The room was cramped. We had asked for a roll away bed, did not get it . But there was no room to put this bed.The Fridge did not work and no one came to check on it when we complained. The in house room brochure service listing indicated swimming pool and Jacuzzi non exsistent.The breakfast was good and the service for breakfast was very good and over all staff was friendly.
