  It is a plesant stay in this hotel, the receptionist even call me after I went to the room and see if I am satisfy with the room, she is also extremely pleasant and polite, my wife and I feel that we have been treated royally by this hotel staffs

  We were in London for a hockey tournament and although the building is old and lacks a few of the conveniences of a newer building, the people were very helpful and did everything possible to compensate for some of the building's deficiencies. The room itself was larger and more comfortable than a lot of newer facilities and the under-ground parking included in the rate was a very pleasant bonus. We will certainly stay there again if we are in London overnight.

  Wondeful facility, suites were nicely appointed and enjoyed the privacy they offered those sleeping on the pullout sofa. Pullout could have been more comfortable, but they rarely are. I will actively seek out Quality Suites on future trips.

  It was ok. The room was cramped. We had asked for a roll away bed, did not get it . But there was no room to put this bed.The Fridge did not work and no one came to check on it when we complained. The in house room brochure service listing indicated swimming pool and Jacuzzi non exsistent.The breakfast was good and the service for breakfast was very good and over all staff was friendly.
