The hotel was great. Not really any complaints except that the woman told me the parking was free but when I checked out there was a parking fee of 15 dollars.

This was a business trip and I needed a nice place to stay. This hotel is quite new and clean.

THE STAFF WERE GOOD AND FRIENDLY BUT OUR ROOM WAS COLD NEED TO CALL MAINTENANCE X 2 BEFORE THEY CAME AND FIXED THE HEATER. WE WERE IN A 2 BED ROOM BUT TOILETRIES ARE GOOD FOR SINGLE ACCOMODATION ONLY. THERE WERE NO CLOSETS AND NO EXTRA BEDSHEETS/BLANKETS. LOCATION WAS GOOD CLOSE TO THE MALL.

Not five star but still not a bad place to stay. The noise level from other rooms was a bit louder than I expected but the other guests quieted down early and did not disrupt my sleep.

excellent - only one suggestion - new employees shouldn't be trained when it is so busy or there should be an extra person on shift to answer the phone when a new employee is being trained.

Absoulutely loved my six night stay at this hotel. Everything I needed was within a two mile radius. The West Edmonton Mall, Walmart, amazing restaurants and Denny's across the street. The food at the hotel was very good and we enjoyed room service many times. Best trip to Edmonton yet !

A great location right in the middle of dowtown and is attached to great shopping malls via pedaways! A bit pricey, I only stayed one night, but it's a really comfortable and friendly hotel with very helpul concierges!

Hotel is in the middle of renovations. It will be a very large and comfortable hotel when it is completed. The room was quite large and very clean. Buffet style breakfast was included and it was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy to find. Parking not always great as they have a Dinner Theatre downstairs. We specifically asked for a room with a private bedroom so we could put our son to bed early and stay up a little - we got a separate room however the door between the room had two big glass window panels so it wasn't exactly what we were looking for.
