"Pleasantly surprised"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 9, 2012
The temperature in the room was a little too warm and the thermostat didn't work when we tried to adjust it. The exterior and the lobby was run down, elevator not working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

the room was next to the elevator and it was noisy at times, but we got use to it. Overall, very good experience!
"downtown days inn edmonton"Reviewed by Amanda o of "grande prairie,ab" on Oct 9, 2011
the only problem i would say at the hotel is that the resturant is only open until 3 pm, i know there is lots of resturants downtown and walkin distance but soemtiems you just need that quick dinner. Also the beds are hard . They really need to invest into some comfy beds. I would wanna pay that extra buck to go sleep somewhere else. a good investment.

"Not the best, but not the worst"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 18, 2011
The receptionist was very difficult to understand. He was from a different country and did not speak English very well. He said nothing about the included breakfast. The only way we knew about it was from the in room hotel guide. The room itself was not bad. It was very big with a little couch and arm chair. It is not worth what we paid, but it was not aweful.
