  The hotel was great. Not really any complaints except that the woman told me the parking was free but when I checked out there was a parking fee of 15 dollars.

  The continental breakfast was the best that I have had yet, it was a full breakfast. room was comfortable and clean and staff was amazing, we asked if we could buy microwavable popcorn for the microwave and they gave us 2 free bags and 2 bottles of water(WOW).

  Everyone at this hotel was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Ralph who runs the hotel vehicle was great. Restaurant and bar was very nice...had some very tasty pasta and Canadian beer! I would 100% recommend and will stay here again during my trips to Edmonton.

  THE STAFF WERE GOOD AND FRIENDLY BUT OUR ROOM WAS COLD NEED TO CALL MAINTENANCE X 2 BEFORE THEY CAME AND FIXED THE HEATER. WE WERE IN A 2 BED ROOM BUT TOILETRIES ARE GOOD FOR SINGLE ACCOMODATION ONLY. THERE WERE NO CLOSETS AND NO EXTRA BEDSHEETS/BLANKETS. LOCATION WAS GOOD CLOSE TO THE MALL.

  I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Underground heated parking, superb FULL breakfast buffet available. Excellent service in every respect. But make sure to ask one question when checking in: Is my room directly above the disco, and if so, will the disco be in use on any night during my stay? I needed a 4:30 a.m. wakeup call, went to bed early, and was awakened an hour later by a wall-shaking disco music. Yes, they moved me, promptly, with apologies, but still that should have been the LAST room that they put someone in.

  Stayed here beofre several times. lots of options for meals, amenities and entertainment. Location is easy access to the Whitemud although a few klicks outside the city limits. Noproblems though, easy to get to with lots of fine features including friendly front desk staff, cozy lobby, coffee stand, restaurants of varying level, adequate business centre and a couple of sheets of ice to watch some biscuit if you are looking for something out of the ordinary to fill time. Of course there is the casino too (but I don't gamble).
