I stayed at Ramada on my 4 days business trip to Edmonton. Got a nice and clean room upon late arrival. Everything worked very smooth and enjoyed my stay. I will stay again.

The hotel was great. Not really any complaints except that the woman told me the parking was free but when I checked out there was a parking fee of 15 dollars.

I liked that the rooms were inexpensive and included breakfast. When we booked, they said that they had plenty of cots available but when we arrived, found that a cot wouldn't fit in our room and they provided a foam cushion for our son on the floor. They delivered it instantly, but I would have booked another room if I knew in advance that he would be sleeping on the floor. It was easy to stay there with my family as everything I needed was at hand. The pub (bar) was a bit weird as it's not finished and was an uncomfortable setting even though it's temporary. It was a bit far from the Edmonton Mall.

This was a business trip and I needed a nice place to stay. This hotel is quite new and clean.

The continental breakfast was the best that I have had yet, it was a full breakfast. room was comfortable and clean and staff was amazing, we asked if we could buy microwavable popcorn for the microwave and they gave us 2 free bags and 2 bottles of water(WOW).

Everyone at this hotel was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Ralph who runs the hotel vehicle was great. Restaurant and bar was very nice...had some very tasty pasta and Canadian beer! I would 100% recommend and will stay here again during my trips to Edmonton.

Not five star but still not a bad place to stay. The noise level from other rooms was a bit louder than I expected but the other guests quieted down early and did not disrupt my sleep.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Underground heated parking, superb FULL breakfast buffet available. Excellent service in every respect. But make sure to ask one question when checking in: Is my room directly above the disco, and if so, will the disco be in use on any night during my stay? I needed a 4:30 a.m. wakeup call, went to bed early, and was awakened an hour later by a wall-shaking disco music. Yes, they moved me, promptly, with apologies, but still that should have been the LAST room that they put someone in.
