  What a wonderful hotel! Exceptional staff and accommodations. Delicious room service. Close to Quinpool & Spring Garden & other sites. I will stay here again!

  I'd return just for the sleep number bed! Loved the bedding and pillows too. It was a great room and friendly staff.

  The rooms are clean. No comments on the services, because we only stayed in a few hours. Hotel itself is old, the lubby is small, and only one computer for email checking. Guests have to line up for it. The hotel location is great, very close to downtown area. In general, it is OK.

  Great location. Perfect spot to stay when you want to shop downtown Halifax, take a walk on the harbourfront, go to the casino or just drop into the local pubs. The room was great - clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and the service was great.

  The hotel is under renovation so there is no comfortable lounge available. But the staff do everything they can to make up for this inconvenience. The hotel is old and two of our rooms had wet carpet areas near the bathroom which made the floor very slippery. The staff came quickly and did their best to remedy the problem. I would choose this hotel again.
