We stayed for 1 night and thought the decore inside was fantastic, a nice boutique hotel. It was very trendy and had a lovely bar with lots of stylish types but couldn't hear anything from our room. The hotel has loads of quirky things about it from the decor, food choices and staff. The rooftop bar is lovely. most interesting part was what i thought was a hotel brochure but turned out to be a catalogue of erotic packages which could be brought to the room, made for interesting conversations when people asked about our trip! Lovely trendy hotel where everyone is made to feel welcome, perfect for couples and the adventurous!”
Boutique type hotel in an eclectic section of town. If you want a hotel that is not cookie cutter, this is your place. The staff was extremely friendly throughout my stay. Room was small, but fine for most of my needs. My only complaints are the size of the TV and no chair to use at the desk. Not an issue if you are there for pleasure, but I was there for work and found the lack of work space a little difficult. First night I slept wonderfully and wondered why they had ear plugs in the room. The second night I found out why, as I finally fell asleep around 1:30 a.m. while the bass still reverberated in my 4th floor room. Next time I'll ask what is going on in the ballroom before I book a room.”
A good location, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but you're not paying for a 5 star hotel either. The air conditioning and refrigerator were too cold, but the staff promptly got maintenance to fix both. Great location (just off the beaten path), 15 or 20 minutes by streetcar or taxi to downtown! Enough stores nearby to do grocery shopping or eat out. The lady at checkout was extra courteous and watched my luggage for several hours after checkout while I visited with my friend one last time. A huge local swimming pool (not too crowded) is 2 minutes away and free! The Phillipino cleaning lady on the 6th floor even cleaned my dishes without my asking! I'd stay there again for sure!”
Convenient to a lot of attractions in downtown Toronto. In the Skydome and next to the CN Tower. Walking distance to the waterfront, the fashion and entertainment districts, and Chinatown. Excellent restaurant. Got a nice junior suite for a great price.”
We had stayed at the Grange Hotel previously, so we knew what to expect. The rooms are small, but they are a great value for those who spend most of the time out and about. There is a kitchenette in the room and wifi is available. Great location. Everything is nearby.”
Very nice, if somewhat corporate boutique, in an up and coming Toronto neighborhood. Rooms are very large an appointed very nicely but avoid the second floor as the pool is located on that floor and the chlorine smell permeates. In addition, the second floor rooms face a very busy intersection and the traffic noise is very loud in the morning (and traffic cops work the corner with blaring whistles beginning around six a.m.). Room service was slow and somewhat expensive but the the quality of the food was well above average. Recommended.”
The Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Toronto was modern, clean and we loved the large shower. The room was quiet and well outfitted with information about surrounding attractions and restaurants. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely book here again when we want to stay downtown for the night.”
My wife and I chose this hotel to stay in for our first anniversary. We went to Medieval Times for dinner and a show, and came to to Chinatown for alittle shopping, then spent the night in the tub, in our room. It was a very large and clean room. The washroom was alittle small but that was expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a great time”
Great location for taking in an event at Rogers Centre.Breakfast was fine.Valet one of the most expensive in any big city I have visited.Eaton Centre was about a mile away.I would recommend you buy a hop on and off double decker tour. You can use it anytime for up to a week not to mention you get a boat tour as well.We used the bus to get around town and it came in handy.Take the Steam Whistle Brewery tour its well worth it and informative.Hotel was nice and the people of Toronto are as friendly as can be.”
The location of the hotel was excellent for our tourist purposes. The room was clean and quiet. No problem there. Some work was going on with respect to the elevators and the elevator service was very slow. The restaurant in the hotel was OK but quite expensive. The most irritating aspect of our stay was the charge to use the hotel computers: 50 cents per minute or $30 per hour. This is far in excess of the rates charged at other hotels and should be reduced by at least 50%. Also there are computers at the registration desk that can be used to print airline boarding passes. Great idea but we found them extremely difficult to use and had to give up.”
The hotel is right next to the CN tower. One room had views of the tower, the other had views of the harbour front. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the rooms were big (there were three in my room) and comfortable. The location was perfect.”
All rates are per double room per night and exclude taxes and fees. They are subject to availability.
