We were warmly welcomed by staff upon arrival. The concierge showed us how to use all the features and facilities in our very spacious and comfortable room. An enormous bathroom filled with products from their spa collection and air conditioning that we could control. Perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean. All our needs were catered for immediately. Staff were always polite and friendly. Brilliant location- the beach was just across the road. The hotel had its own brilliant restaurant and bar and a pool cafe. The gym, sauna and steam room were complimentary and we also got 15% off the spa treatments. Room service prices were reasonable and the presentation of the food was excellent. The complimentary slippers and bathrobes were a nice touch as well as the turndown service every evening when someone came in to turn your bed down, tidy the bathroom again and left bottles of water and chocolates. The laundry service was very efficient and of a good standard. I felt pampered and spoilt all the time. My husband enjoyed 24 hour free internet access in the business centre. We have never been in a hotel where there is free internet access. This was so helpful for us as we were able to keep in contact with our administrator and were able to check in online and print our boarding passes for our next flight. The TV also had a channel where you could check your hotel bill and keep tabs on what you were spending. Overall we thought that it was the best hotel we had ever stayed in.
