"I would never return to that motel!"

Check in time is 2 p.m., but at 4 p.m. our room was not ready. My understanding was that many of the rooms were not even available due to maintenance issues. The men at the front desk tried to do all they could to rectify the situation and I appreciate that. The young female could have cared less and she intentially gave us incorrect information. I went back and forth to the office three times because the key card would not work to get us in. As it turned out, the lock was broken and no one was available to fix it. It was the last room available that had air conditioning. The outside temp was 90 and humid. Since the lock was broken, we could not secure our room when we went to breakfast the next morning.” 06/18/08
