Very nice villa, pool was great. Breakfast very good. Only problem is near by construction. Location good short ride to beach & shopping

Seminyak Village is an older style Bali hotel, large spacious rooms, very large pool and very friendly and helpfull staff. Located in the back streets near Seminyak Square. We booked this hotel for our final 3 nights in bali as I had not stayed in Seminyak before, it was a great choice and close to shops, restaurants and beach. The hotel is in need of maintenance and the internet service was a bit patchy but that seems to be normal in Indonesia. Great value for the cost.

This is a great hotel as far as location service and amenities. It's close to the beach and the staff are ploite and very helpful. They also have tours to the main attractions in Bali. The only downside is the noisy roosters around the hotel. I'm not sure what the management can do about them but they wake you up at 4 am continue until the sun is up.

Great Bali Villa, as opposed to hotel room. Staff went out their way to make us feel at home. Room basic but sufficient included mosquito net around bed and air con. The couple of small inconvienences such as slow hot water and hard towels were well explained by management and we learnt that is Bali life. Great breakfast choices delivered to our room. Would recommend staying here if you enjoy a mix of Balinese life with western luxuries (such as cocktails!).

I enjoyed my stay in Seminyak! It has the city feel and Kuta is maybe 10-15 minutes away if you are looking for nightlife. The local people are so nice and the Atma Spa within the hotel was AMAZING! If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, that is comfortable then this is a good choice. The breakfast was also good...more like a brunch as apposed to breakfast. The best of two worlds!

This is a family oriented resort, so rather noisy. Otherwise very nice. On the. Web site. It said that a breakfast was included, but they denied it saying my room was not booked for breakfast inclusion.

Pool is cool and relaxing. Water for showers is always hot. Convenient location next to Potato Head beach club. Staff helpful and friendly. Anyone who complains about this property is nit picking. Would definitely stay here again and great value for the price as far as I'm concerned.
