Its fantastic if your goal is to play a bunch of golf. The course and surrounding courses are great, if your goal is to be close to a bunch of restaurants or bars then not the best place since you need to drive to marina or basically to get out of the complex. But overall a fantastic place

Stayed here June 2010. Very nice hotel, service excellent, good choice of food for breakfast, room very clean, hotel is about 4km outside villamoura so you'll definately need a car if you are staying here. Quiet location.

Very good and friendly staff members of the hotel. apartement had everything you need for a vacation stay and the romms were clean, nice view from the veranda. Only thing is that the beach is quite far away and the busses do not operate so ofen.

My room was extremely clean and everything was in good repair. The hotel staff were kind. This hotel is located in the vicinity of the marina, not the beach. It is close to the restaurants and shops that surround the marina. My only complaint is that as of December 2009 there is no internet access in rooms. The only internet access is a coin operated computer in the lobby for 9 Euros per hour. Not impressed by that.
