Hi,Overall very good experience at the hotel with the hotel room. Walking distance to teh Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls. Excellent food buffet for both breakfast and dinner. At the end of the trip during checkout i had one incident with the checkout person (Renata). I explained her that need to separate my room and meals expense but she refused to do it and started talking loudly in Pourtugese. I called the mamanger and asked him to fix it which he did. Did not understand all the fuss she had to create. I hope she gets some professional training on how to talk to the guests. Besides this unfortunate incedent the hotel was great and comfortable.
"Great value option near the falls"

We stayed only 1 night after flying in late to Foz, but reflected that it would be a good option for anyone visiting the falls and not willing to pay the price of the in-park hotel. This hotel is just a few minutes drive to the entrance of Foz do Iguaccu, has a nice pool and play yard area, good food, and some English speaking staff.
"On Bus Line and Convenient"

This hotel staff was excellent. They let us check in early as our room was ready. We took a taxi but you could really take a city bus as it is right on the bus line. Once we checked in we took the bus everywhere (Iguazu Falls, bird park, and the downtown) which was safe and cheap and right out the front door. The pool looked fun for kids. The lobby was nice (lots of couches for different groups). They had free wi-fi but we could not get it to work in our room so we sat in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate dinner both nights and it was ok. (There is not a lot of restaurants close so you are kind of stuck eating at the hotel).
"No frills but good"

Located very close to the terminal central bus station (2 blocks) and around the corner from the main shopping district. Excellent churrascaria located 2 blocks to the west (Churrascaria do Gaúcho) for R$20 per person that includes an icre cream buffet. Hotel is extremely basic, and yes, there is NOT an elevator as others have mentioned. They also do not give you any shampoo. Aside from that, the AC unit is very strong and will cool the room in a mere minute or two. The TV quality sucks. The bed was ok and lots of blankets were provided.
