I usually stay at budget hotels but decided on this trip to India to stay a little nicer. There is no hotel closer to the international airport than this, but you don't ever hear a plane. Since it is about the same cost as a decent hotel in a major city of the US, I set my expectations there. The hotel is very nice! The large open atrium through the whole building is beautiful. The water fountains, skylights and piano player added a nice ambiance. The rooms are just as nice as the photos with every comfort. Internet is a little expensive, but this is not the US where Internet is often free. Beds are OK, but good for India. I'm used to a 5" memory foam pad on my bed. These were much harder and a little lumpy. Felt like a mattress pad on top of hard mattress, but the pad was a little worn. Still, I slept well. The buffet for breakfast was great. Far, far above anything free in the US. This is a full meal with great variety and quality. More like a small-scale buffet at a casino in Vegas (much smaller, but you get the idea).

Had a very nice stay, nice view from the room, great food (really great dinner), great TV, stable Internet connection. All very nice. Would stay here again. Only point was that the free airport transfer took me to the wrong airport (even though I double-checked before hand). So don't get out of the drop-off until you are completely sure where you are :) Otherwise great hotel, friendly, helpful staff!

Superb service, great gym with a view, excellent restaurants in hotel and private car with driver to see the sights of Mumbai.

I was very happy with the cleanliness and state of the room. For the price, this hotel offered more than I was expecting in terms of overall quality and service. The location is also extremely convenient, close to the "Gateway of India" and Colaba, and many of the other popular tourist attractions. Don't get me wrong, this isn't even close to a 5 star hotel (and I stayed in several while in India), but if you're looking for a great value in a good location while you explore Mumbai, I would recommend Chateau Windsor. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Mumbai.

This was a great simple small hotel to sleep over for the first 2 nights to get acclimated in this big busy city. Only 10 min from international and national airports so it was great after arriving late tired from a 25 hour flight. Free Wifi which is not self explanatory in Mumbai. Free coffee, egg sandwich and newspaper delivered to your room. Loved that!! Im picky with coffee and food but that was surprisingly good for a budget hotel. Very friendly and accommodating personnel and service. They try really hard to be helpful. Taxi and rickshaws are called in front of your door. Only 20 minutes to santa cruz and 30 min to bandra. Located in Adheri East so poor neighborhood but nobody bothers you. Really small rooms, not so clean walls, basic no decoration, small bathroom but really convenient and definitely recommended for a short stay for a low price. Overall i would go back if i need to save money and mostly i really appreciated the service, wifi and breakfast. Thank you!

About a 10 minute drive from international airport, modern hotel, brilliant bedrooms, great staff and food great, even at 4 in the morning!
