  I was very happy with the cleanliness and state of the room. For the price, this hotel offered more than I was expecting in terms of overall quality and service. The location is also extremely convenient, close to the "Gateway of India" and Colaba, and many of the other popular tourist attractions. Don't get me wrong, this isn't even close to a 5 star hotel (and I stayed in several while in India), but if you're looking for a great value in a good location while you explore Mumbai, I would recommend Chateau Windsor. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Mumbai.

  The Residence Hotel and Apartments was a good choice due to the location to IIT Bombay. I did enjoy the fact this hotel is not a luxury hotel and was not an oasis away from the surrounding community. The hotel was mostly filled with Indian business travelers. As an American business woman traveling alone I was comfortable and felt safe.

  I was traveling on a budget and needed a hotel for my 8-day stay in Mumbai. Silver Inn was the right choice and for the money I paid could not be beat. The room was not too big but clean and quite comfortable for a single traveler like me. It would accomodate 2 people just as well. The service and staff was terrific, and the Regency restaurant was good, although I wish they had a bigger selection for breakfast and a food bar style of arrangement would have been better for dinner. The area around Silver Inn is not great but this is what you get when staying in Andheri on a limitted budget. I will definetely consider staying there again for my next trip to India.

  The hotel rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.The only downside was being awakened noise from the bar downstairs and slamming doors on a few nights of our stay. Overall a good value for money hotel though. We would be happy to stay there again in future.

  Nice hotel at fair price for Mumbai. Staff is generally helpful. Great location near Dadar Station.
