I booked this hotel based on its proximity to the US consulate. This is also within 2 miles to the OFC appointment center. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The complimentary breakfast buffet had an appropriate mix of south Indian and estern cuisine. Overall a pleasant stay.

Tha Aloft Chennai was clean. The service was good. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The dinner I bought in the the same restaurant was not very good and over priced. The pool is clean and pleasant. The spa was excellent. Overall, a good stay and I would go there again.

the hotel was under renovation but it was still good the staff are extremely caring and loving I would like to mention in particular the cab driver lawrence he was of great help i would reccomend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in that area
