We used this hotel as our base for our first stay in France. Arrived and was greeted with a friendly receptionist. Had an apartment on a self catering basis which slept up to four people. Over looking the golf course and set in a country lane, about a mile outside of Crecy, a lovery village set in a valley. We were no more than ten minutes from Disney where we parked and chose to travel into Paris on the train. Fantastic service every fifteen minutes from Disney, straight to the centre of Paris. Disney itself was just what we expected. Busy, expensive, but loads of fun. Only had the one full day around the parks as we were only staying for the week and we wanted to explore. Disney village was nice of an evening when it had more character, although the restaurants we very expensive. Eighty GBP for main course and drinks for three people. We chose to shop at a local supermarket in the village and dine on our terrace with great wine, cheese and fresh bread. The hotel was not busy with the time of the year and we didnt see any other English people. Dont let this put you off. The staff were all very pleasant and helpfull. The only down side was that the apartment wasnt cleaned during our stay. We had to sort our own rubbish, make beds etc. Overall, a great base, in a nice setting which was ideal for the first time independant traveller.
