"Great Bargin"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 28, 2013
For the money, this can't be beat. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The owner is a native to Santorini and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We were only there for one night and without her advise and help, would not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did. Since we were there in the winter, not everything was available and much of the island goes into hibernation. But, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It is not a luxury hotel so don't expect room service and spa facilities. What you do get is a small, personal, comfortable accommodation from people who care about your stay and experience in Santorini.

"Great hotel for the value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 8, 2012
This hotel is quaint and away from but easy walking distance to the more tourist occupied beach front area. The hotel owners, George and his mother, are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean, with good housekeeping service.
"Great Location near a bus stop"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 2, 2012
I must say this hotel is a hidden Gem.! Make sure you tell the bus/ticket taker/driver you need to get off at Finikia and it is just downhill from the stop about 50 meters or so. The good... Breakfast is nice- hard boiled eggs, toast, meat, cheese, orange juice and coffee or tea. The owner Theodori, was awesome! he has two dogs that hang out at the place that are wonderful but a bit shy. We had booked the Volcano Tour in town they forgot to pick us up as they were supposed to in front of the hotel The Owner called them and he made them wait for us. He then took us to the port to catch up with our tour! Please book via the hotel vs the shops in town to make sure that you get picked up. The pool is very clean and refreshing. Plan to hang out and enjoy it. .....The bad.but not really, If you are not in shape it is a 10 to 15 minute walk to OIa but you can wait for the bus if you want. However, you can sit on your patio and watch the sunset although you do not get the terracing that you see in typical pictures of Santorini. In Oia the sunset is not on the caladera side. So if you want the typical picuters that you see go to Thira on the bus and get the caladera in them. The convenience of the bus stop, the cleanliness of the hotel, rooms and all public areas was above reproach! If you must have the perfect hotel this is it uness you must see the Caladera and then by all means plan to pay 2 to 5 times as much as you would for this place.

"A real treat after Athens"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 10, 2012
We had a lousy experience in Athens, and were SO glad when we arrived at Oia's Sunset. It was quaint and looked like a poster-child for Santorini. Stavros and Panos were friendly and helpful- their dining suggestions were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Best hotel in Santorini!! This hotel was so nice and roomy and very very clean. geroge the owner was most helpful in everything that we needed. Picking us up from the port, to food reccomendations( everyone in town knows this family so when you eat at places they say, they really take care of you) El Graco was our fav!! The location is perfect to everything. We just rented ATV's and went around the whole island. George helped us get those as well for a very good price. We will most def stay here again and you should too!!
