"Extraordinary View, comfortable stay and perfect !"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 11, 2012
Simply love this place, had private suite, host was nice..Mr.Yiannis and maid was really good too. Everything was good at this place. Nice shiny suites and good breakfast with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Close to the city centre 20 mins walk. I booked my ATV and other things at the hotel only, delivery and service was nice. 5 stars !!
"Great Price with breakfast included"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 7, 2012
We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included which was great and fresh and very filling. Hotel staff were very polite and nice people. This hotel is slightly away from the Oia and Fira town but the good part is there is bus stop just outside this hotel which makes it convenient. If I visit Santorini, I will stay back again here.
"VERY GOOD VIEW OF THE CALDERA"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 28, 2012
GOOD BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. TOO MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB TO GET TO ROOM AND AFTER A LONG WALK THROUGH THE VARIOUS HILLS IN SANTORINI YOU DON'T WANT TO CLIMB STAIRS ON YOUR HOTEL.

"Best Family Vacation...Best Customer Service!!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 23, 2012
Best vacation ever!!! On the best part of Kamari Beach, restaurants everywhere...location, location, location!!!! Couldn't have chosen a better pleace! The staff was the owner and his wife and his daughters best friend Kaley(think spelledi it right_)...owner picked us up from airport and we were greeted very nicely Kaley. I was carrying my 20 month old so she helped my husband with the luggage! Amazing staff, breakfast was delicious and they treated my daughter like a princess, called her by her name...they'd give her fruits and pieces of cake throughout the day and made her little toys...she loved it...very helpful when deciding where to go in Santorini...feels like you're right at home...No TV which is great because there's so much to do on the Island!! At night we hung out by the bar with the owners and other guests and kids in the hotel...everyone was sooo nice on the island but you have to stay here because service was exceptional...this trip was beyond our expectations!!! Boathouse we will miss you but we will be back...thanks for a lifetime memory!!!
"Wonderful Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 20, 2012
We stayed their for our honeymoon. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. It was a family run business and they gave us personal care. Sergio, the manager, was always able to give us recommendations and was always helpful. We would go on to our patio and be able to see the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. I would recommend renting a car because buses don't run too often in Santoroni and it is a little walk to the main town area. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and if we come back we will be staying there again.
"Authentic experience, Greek hospitality!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 16, 2012
I chose Ecoxenia because I didn't want to stay at touristy places, especially in Aug. It's slightly a walk (15min) from the Oia center, but the serenity of the room and view were great! Chris the owner is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful to plan out the day, like having a family friend. The room is like an apartment with a kitchenette which I used to cut up some fruits to enjoy on my private terrace. I even had dinner with Chris who everyone in Oia seems to know! It was really nice and an experience you would not get from a hotel. The real Greek experience and warm hospitality!

Hotel is right on the beach! That was awesome. You wake up, walk outside, and jump right into the water. Wonderful location! The owner was very helpful and nice. He owns the place and works the reception. Was always helpful with providing advice on sites to see and things to do. You get that family owned service here that you don't get with big chain hotels. The hotel is on a strip in Perivolos with lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, and coastal umbrellas. Great place to relax and party. And the Sea View umbrellas are free for anybody staying at the beach.
