"EXCELLENT -- EXCELLENT....UNIQUE"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 26, 2012
My wife and I, enjoyed very much the facilieties, the attentions of the staff; we can't say enough good things about this place. It is awsome hotel. The Staff are friendly, corteous and attentives. We enjoyed beautiful grounds, excellent rooms, peaceful location, just brilliant. All the facilities are excellent, the pool, restaurant (the breakfast was fantastic) the spa, all of it was great with awesome staff. I would highly recommend. I The 5 Starts, are well diserve it. But it can add 1 additional, for having in its Staff Mr. Addonis, the Manager. That was always worry about our confort, and advised us all the time about where to go and the best way. He is always ready to smiling help any body who need assistance. We were received with orange juice to mitigate the tirenes of the travel, and then the big sorprise, after gave us a tour for the hotel facilities, he took us to the room where he had set a complimentary tray with wine and fruits..Awsome. The brakefast included free champaing up to noon time. GOOD FOR MR. ADONIS and the rest of the staff. HOPE, WHAT WE DESCRIBE HERE CAN BE SHARE WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER GUESSES.............GILBERTO....
"Very nice place to stay in Santorini"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 25, 2012
This was a very nice, family run hotel that has a nice pool, restaurant across the street with very nice views of the famous Santorini sunsets. The place was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and knew the area well. There were 3 of us and the room was close to the pool, had a nice fridge in there to keep some of the island wines cold, and not too far away from Fira and Oia if you have a car. There isn't a lot around the area but that is what makes it better than some of the other places in Santorini since you aren't dealing with a bunch of cars or mopeds. I would definitely stay there again!
"Amazing Pool and Good Service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 10, 2012
This hotel is very close to the bus station and the center of Fira town. It is beautifully white-washed and has an amazing swimming pool and adjacent garden area with lovely lawn furniture. Our room was right above the pool and had it's own balcony. The colors (white and pastel green) were very pleasing and service was excellent. We requested multiple towels each day which were promptly delivered. Breakfast was good. Freddy even helped us carry our heavy bags to and from the room. The only problem is the annoyingly slow internet speed. I wasted an entire afternoon getting the internet to work.

Location is perfect. Right in the main town of Thira with less than 10 minutes of the shopping and restaurants, 3 minute walk to the bus station (buses cost 1.60 euro to take you to the beaches, Oia, to the port etc...). The staff was excellent especially the front desk, they tried to help us as much as they can.
"Excellent service!! though I could be better!!"Reviewed by Adrian G of "Oxford" on Apr 15, 2012
This is a good option is you are looking for a comfortable, clean hotel with really helpful personnel who will go the extra mile to make you feel at home... the only bad things about this stay: The rooms are too cold if you visit in other time of the year that is not summer... the heater in the rooms do not work porperly... Wireless internet does not work... I had to work in the holidays and the hotel ended up lending me their internet connection in the lobby and plugged it to my laptop... Breakfast is good but it lacks variety... boiled eggs, omelette and crepes are the only options... and it gets old really quickly... TV has just a few channels... but well, TV is not the reason why you go to Santorini anyway... Other than that the hotel is a pretty solid option... I would recommend it as a reliable low-cost option... the staff is truly helpful and they give you advices and guidance about what to do and where to go... enjoy guys!! I would def go back to Drossos hotel...
