"Great hotel bad location"

The hotel itself was great, can't really complain. The room was ok size, clean, very fast wifi and lots of tv channels. The pool was also good and the service awesome. Breakfast was ok, I think it just needed more options for western turists. The only major problem for me was the location, there were no restaurants nearby, just a couple of minimarkets. And the other very dissapointing thing was that there are private beaches only in the area and the portion of the beach that belong to the hotel was miniscule, just a couple of chairs that were always taken obviously and no bar or cafe or anything. So we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful beaches of nusa dua, we tried going to the other beaches but we were told that they were for hotels members only...

The hotel was amazing. I stayed 4 nights at the hotel in the end of january. I booked the lagoona room with pool access. The room was very clean and spacious. The service was extremely good. The staff was very polite. The breakfast had lot of options. one day we utilized the shuttle service also for the geger beach. It was very pleasent and romantic stay at the hotel. Specially the honeymooner's should go for this hotel.

Overall the hotel is very nice. It's an older property so a little worn around the edges, but nothing too disconcerting. The restaurants are wonderful and the staff extremely friendly an accommodating. The pool and beach area are lovely!

The resort is absolutely beautiful but just remember its a resort everything is marked up at least 3X what the local places are charging. I would suggest hang out in the room enjoy the beach but drinking and dinning go just a few minutes down the road. Also be careful with the pharmacy a Ross the street make sure they ring everything up. This area is very touristy so everyone is trying to make a buck.
We had a wonderful stay, the service was fantastic. It is worth being a little further from the tourist attractions to have the beautiful section of beach behind the hotel and the excellent customer service provided by the staff.
