"A prefect hotel for ease and a budget!"

My room faced the road and was a little noisy from the activity at the bars until midnight (but I did have an inexpensive room). An oceanview room would not have had this problem. The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable. The mattress was truly "Hard"..not firm...h a r d. I stay in over 65 hotels each year and this mattress ranks in the top 5 for hardness. Once you get over all that the breakfast was STELLAR, the convenience to tonnes of restaurants and activities is TOP NOTCH and the weather was prefectly sunny! I would stay here again and just bring an inflatable mattress pad. The value was astonishing. I should have paid more for an upgrade!!
"good stay and well worth it."

Up in arrival, they had asked for print out of reservation voucher which I did not have/expected to be neded. But they had offered me upgrade if the room and room was very clean and cleaned well every day. All inclusive food was decent enough and staff were very helpful. Entertainment staffs worked really hard despite their long daily working hours. Based on this visit I feel comfortable of suggesting this hotel for holidays.
"Worth a return trip"

I used this hotel for 2 days and one day after a time share week. I was at this hotel as a single woman until I met up with my husband and daughter at the time share. The hotel and its staff could not have been more accommodating or have made me feel more comfortable . The hotel had many amenities and was to other desired services/amenities. I was able to get cash, buy and have my nails done just a short walk from the hotel. The price of $88 per night was fabulous considering it included breakfast and dinner. This had to be one of the better setups for a meal inclusive hotel that serves buffet style, A large selection of self serve breads, salads, sides and entrees (constantly being freshly replenished by a chef within the corral). Upon returning on my return visit on my last day, the maître de had my requested table out on the veranda all set. In addition, the hotel was gracious enough to accommodate my husband and his daughter before their return flight as my guests. Should I travel to Tenerife again I would return to this hotel and use it as my main accommodation.
"Enjoyed our stay"

It's difficult to find comfortable, and relatively affordable, room for a family of five. But Palm Beach did the trick. We had a 2-bedroom apartment for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had ample space for us. The kitchen may have been small, but it was functional. The hotel was close to many eateries, shops, and attractions, most in walking distance. What we didn't like was that the air conditioning seemed to not work well or was under-powered. Also, we were not happy with the Wifi setup, which only allowed one device to be logged on at a time. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
