All the staff were very professional, courteous, and responsive and I received exceptional service. As a non-resident Indian woman traveling alone, I felt very secure in the hotel which provides access to guest floors in the elevators only with the key to the guest room. The hotel and the room were very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety with more variety in North Indian food for dinner and in South Indian food for breakfast though it is continental breakfast. Breakfast is not complimentary unless it is negotiated at the time of the reservation. The taste of food is good but not exceptional. Hotel amenities were good in terms of wifi access, business center (3 workstations) to access the internet, and a cell phone charging station. The drivers of the travel service connected to the hotel were very professional and courteous. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and is quite close to the city center, M.G. Road and is about 20 minutes or 10 km from the airport.

After reading a lot of reviews on Trivandrum hotels, my husband and I chose to stay at this hotel for the first few days of our stay. By the reviews we were expecting a real budget-looking/feeling hotel, but we were really pleasantly surprised. Although one of the lamps was missing a shade, it was very clean. The room itself was fairly large with ample space for storage and the bed comfortable enough to sleep well. The service was really customer-oriented, which I've come to expect when traveling in India. The food in both the restaurant downstairs and the buffet on the roof were quite decent. The location is great--close to a lot of shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel because for the low price tag, you really get a nice space and great service.

We had a great time at this hotel, the service was very friendly and mostly on a timely manner. They were very accommodated of most of our needs. Kids loved it and we had a splendid time. The hotel security guys were exceptional and very helpful.

We went for two night stay at this place. The serene and natural surroundings was the most captivating thing about this place which is a bit difficult to find in Indian resorts in this budget . The staff and owner made special efforts to make us comfortable and feel at home. He arranged a ride for us on fisherman's boat to go into the sea which was quite adventurous. Will specially recommend for people who wish to stay close to nature and enjoy the surroundings.
