"Nice room, but missing a few things"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 13, 2012
The room was super nice, and huge. And the hotel building was very clean and attractive overall. However, the hotel doesn't have any irons. Not in the room, and not even at the front desk. I arrived at night and I had to find a dry cleaner in the neighborhood and ask for an express overnight service before a funeral the next morning, which was pretty irritating. Also, we had a room for 4 people, and yet we were only allowed to have one room key, which was also bizarre and inconvenient. So overall it's a nice place, but be warned if you need to iron your clothes.
