We had one of the newer rooms and it was wonderful after a few days on the train with small showers and small rooms. Our room at the Hallmark was spacious, well appointed, had beautiful decor and a big soaker tub. We came in late on the train and someone was at the desk to give us directions and check us in making us feel welcome and secure. Room service was great and price wasn't bad. Only complaints were that they were still working on the rooms and the noise outside started quite early (8:00ish) and the walls were somewhat thin as we could hear snoring from an adjoining room. The water pressure left much to be desired but the tub was wonderful and the towel warmer a nice touch. Overall a very nice choice for the night.
