My wife and I arrived early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city for a few hours. Then when we checked-in they informed us we wouldn't be staying at the hotel but in an apartment a few blocks away. We were very surprised, the apartment was clean and modern. We did walk to the main hotel for breakfast which was basic and to use the wi-fi. The hotel and the apartments are in great locations, we walked to all the major sights. You have to check out the amazing rooftop view. Our only complaint was how rude the staff was, they seemed bothered when you would ask them a question.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing many must see sights within Florence. The rooms are not special, but well priced. I would return to this hotel.

Right by the train station, AC, close to all attraction, and the nicest woman working there you will ever meet. What more could you need?

It was convenient to the Duomo, Baptistry and Train Station. A lot of tourists, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Bad part was the A/C. It barely worked. The bed had a crease down the center, so it wasn't the most comfortable but it worked.

It is a family run hotel with very clean room and newly updated bathroom. Friendly service and free nice breakfast incldued. Aircondition is good for the rroms that have it own unit, but the ones with old central system are not very cold. For rooms far away fromn the front desk area, WIFI did not work but you can have the WIFI either at the front sitting room or inside your room if your are clase to the entry. Location is quite and very close to mectro station, just around the cornoer. In genral, it is a nice place to stay. Since ther is no elevator, be prepare to cary you own luggage to 3rd floor where this inn is located.
