Situated in great waking area of station and town. Lovely restaurant and good food. The staff is warm and friendly. My husband ran into dental problems and the staff arranged a dental appointment. Beautiful area with reasonable parking prices.

Not close enough to town to walk...breakfast should be included for the price paid...not even coffee availabe without purchasing it.

Stayed in room 251 which is relevant if you want WiFi access from your room. WiFi is free, but only functional when standing in the hallway by this room. The hotel was built in the 1600's and has a great outside bar area with t.v.'s. hotel is very close to all activities in GaPa. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke both German and English.

Christian was the best ever. He help us so much, just not only getting around but he was also a wealth of information. He was one of the best part of the hotel...totally an asset to the hotel....KEEP HIM !

it was a great hotel, great location. right by the historical street. very good location. the only negative feed back is that for a 4star hotel, they were charging for internet access. I rather them to add 10 euro per night but have that included!

This was overall a delightful place to stay in Bavaria at the foot of the majestic alps. The hotel itself is very old, but clean and well maintained. The lady who runs the hotel speaks excellent English and goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Our room was small and totally without frills. The television did not work, but programming is in German, so we did not miss anything and did not report the problem. Walking distance to the center of town. Spectacular mountain views. Free bus service with payment of room tax. A great value!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent with one of the most beautiful views I have seen. The staff was friendly and this is the same hotel that Larry Hagman got married in 1956.
