"A very good option if you have a car"

We enjoyed our stay here. It was well priced, the breakfast was very good, and it was reasonably close to the old town of Dubrovnik. We had a car, so it was nice to have secure parking. Our room was very nice and clean, with a balcony. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We walked to the old town, but that took a good 40 minutes. You can catch a bus, but we didn't bother. I think I'd still stay here if we went back to Dubrovnik. It was a good balance.
"The Best Deal of Dubrovinik"

It was a very pleasant surprise for us to have a chance to be at Marija Apartments. IVO the owner of the apartments is the best host someone can have. He was so attentive and so willing to stay around and put himself at our disposal for every possible question we have. The apartment is in a shot distance from the Old City of Dubrovinik as well as the new one.and there is a great beach within walking distance. The apt is silent and has truely everything it advertise it has . But the cherry on the icing is the way IVO - the owner advise us in where to go - what do do and where to eat well without spending like a clueless tourist. I would rate 12 on the scale of 1 to 10 - and obviously it is worth every dollar it cost - it put to shame any other European over rated accommodation in Europe and lots of place in the world ! Hurrahh for Marija apartament and thank you so much IVO!!!

Staff was extremely friendly. It was not easy to bring up the bags when arriving and departing because due to high stairway entry to reception area. You can take bags through the restaurant to access elevators but not convenient. Regardless, the staff was excellent and easy access to everything. Good and friendly service at their restaurant.

The location of Edi's Sea View Rooms can not be beat. We were within one minute walking distance to Pile Gate of the Old Town, which is also right next to bus stations and plenty of restaurants, tour guides, convenience shops... Everything we needed. Edi was so welcoming and helped us with a day trip to Mostar and was overly accompanying in allowing us to stay in a room with such a beautiful view of the sea- just to name a few things. Things we were happy with but still notable for a prospective guest are: this is Edi's home out of which he rents rooms, so it's not quite a hotel. The room and bathroom are quite small, but the sea view makes it more than worth it. Room had: queen (maybe even king) bed, small table and chairs, mini fridge and also included free wifi. Overall, as long as you know what to expect at Edi's, we highly recommend Edi's Sea View Rooms! Thank you, Edi, for helping make our time in Dubrovnik so wonderful!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and the location was perfect. The complimentary wifi and breakfast buffet gave it an extra sense of luxury. Sure, the hotel isn't any 5 star hotel, but it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in Lapad and it was super easy access into the Old City on the number 6 bus. The hotel is located on a promenade and it was so pleasant to walk the promenade at night and enjoy the sites of this charming coastal town. I'm definitely going back to Croatia and would certainly stay at this hotel again for the price.
I wanted a hotel away from the old city so not to spend as much and get away from the crowds. Wow what a find. I had no idea that we would have souch a great view from the hotel restaurant. The place is brand new and the staff is tech savvey.
