The hotel is old, but has been refurbished well. The staff are amazingly polite, friendly, and fluent in multiple languages. The room was quiet, well appointed, very clean, and many closets. Rooms include small fridge, bottled water, hot water heater, mugs & tea/coffee. Bathrooms are nicely appointed. Very convenient location in Hamra within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the American University of Beirut.

Hotel staff were very friendly. AC ran on high non-stop but never got too cold even after maintenance checked it out. No outdoor pool available.
