Hotel is high quality, located in the heart of old town Bordeaux, Centre Ville. Room was spacious by French standards, but they had just painted the bathroom, so the paint fumes were irritating. Helpful, friendly staff.

Good for the price. The ladies working at the reception spoke English and they were nice. The phone was not working in the room but everything else looked good and clean

It has a kitchen, close to city. Light Rail few blocks away. Staff was friendly and speak english.

I chose this hotel based on ratings and other reviews and also because of location. It lived perfectly up to what I expected and found the staff congenial. I will stay here again if needed.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Tram station which is very convenient for public transport to and from city center. The room is furnished with kitchen and there is a supper market nearby that we can buy foods and cook for ourselves. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great- small room and very small bathroom, but has a coffee pot, tea pot, fridge. Despite smallness, hotel made good use of the space and room was decorated nicely-seemed to have recently redone. Clean hotel nice ambiance. Staff very friendly- walking distance from train station and a nice (15-20 min) walk from center of town. Less than 5 minute walk to tram if you don't want to walk the distance to town.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It is a perfect spot for anyone on a budget. It is located next to the main train station, yet only a 10-15 minute walk to the Bordeaux Center. Also, is within a 2-minute walk of two different tram stops, which convienently took you to anywhere in the city. Hotel is spotless, and the room is equipped with everything you would need for a few nights. Breakfast is well priced, and there is a nice buffet spread each morning. Staff at the reception are extremely helpful and receptive. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for this tiny old style historical hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. All modern features available and all must see n the city within walking distance.

Lovely hotel. Location was great for arriving/leaving by train and for access to the city center/riverfront. Although we did not use it, the local tram/bus access was right in front of the hotel as well. Wonderful service, nice simple and tasty breakfast (extra charge). Very pleased with our visit and will stay if we visit again.
