Hotel is high quality, located in the heart of old town Bordeaux, Centre Ville. Room was spacious by French standards, but they had just painted the bathroom, so the paint fumes were irritating. Helpful, friendly staff.

Good for the price. The ladies working at the reception spoke English and they were nice. The phone was not working in the room but everything else looked good and clean

It has a kitchen, close to city. Light Rail few blocks away. Staff was friendly and speak english.

I chose this hotel based on ratings and other reviews and also because of location. It lived perfectly up to what I expected and found the staff congenial. I will stay here again if needed.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Tram station which is very convenient for public transport to and from city center. The room is furnished with kitchen and there is a supper market nearby that we can buy foods and cook for ourselves. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable.

A few blocks off the main area of town but an easy walk to everything. Good 2* hotel, good service, clean, quiet small room. The best part is the secure free parking at the hotel. The worst part is that some floors are smoking, which we did not realize. We ended up on a smoking floor and when we stepped off the elevator, almost gagged. Someone had obviously been smoking in the hall. Fortunately our room was smoke- free and the next morning the cleaning staff had opened windows and aired out the hallway. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking floor if that is what you want.

Great- small room and very small bathroom, but has a coffee pot, tea pot, fridge. Despite smallness, hotel made good use of the space and room was decorated nicely-seemed to have recently redone. Clean hotel nice ambiance. Staff very friendly- walking distance from train station and a nice (15-20 min) walk from center of town. Less than 5 minute walk to tram if you don't want to walk the distance to town.
