"Great location, good hotel"

Hotel is high quality, located in the heart of old town Bordeaux, Centre Ville. Room was spacious by French standards, but they had just painted the bathroom, so the paint fumes were irritating. Helpful, friendly staff.
"Hard to find, but convenient once found"

Studio was nice. Good to have the microwave and fridge. Room was clean. No view and no ambiance. Like staying in a fortress. Good to have the parking secure. Staff was very nice. Quiet except for some party people on a Saturday night.

There are few options near downtown Bordeaux that match the All Seasons. Rooms - esp. bathrooms - are rather smallish, but comfy and reasonably priced. Not great but definitely OK, particularly when considering that breakfast and wifi are included.
"proximity of train station and historical center"

Very pleased. The check in was easy and then we dropped our rented car at the train station, right around the corner. The historical center of bordeaux is just 2 tram statiosn away with a variety of restaurants and night life. The room was cleaned, modern and quiet (we were on the back side). The breakfast is not to be missed......the reputation is well worth it.
