"In the middle of the town"

The hotel is situated in the city center. The room is pretty small with a tiny toilet. The housekeep did their job well in the room but not toilet. The tissue box is dusty and the hair-dryer is smelly. Overall, the staff is helpful and friendly. The Wi-fi service should be improved.
"Quiet, clean, convenient to walk to everything!"

My overall stay was excellent....from the room, to the front desk staff, to the location of the hotel itself. HOWEVER, one thing should be changed immediately.....please put sufficient lighting near the guest computer in the lobby....It was totally inadequate....ALSO, please change the keyboard from the German-based board to a more universal one. Thank you!

The hotel was in a great spot near the city center and the rates were very reasonable. The room was a little small, but not as small as some French hotels. It was bright and had nice amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful.
"good little inexpensive hotel"

Good location next to the main train station easy to reach from the airport (1.40 euro), as many hotels in the area (which are more expensive) The hotel is not super chic but it is very good if you are on a budget and you just need a place to sleep and get some decent breakfast. The hotel stuff was excellent and incredibly helpful. Smiling all the time. The Internet in the room was very slow and not strong signal. The breakfast cheap and good. The breakfast dining room quite cozy. The noise in the street, night time might be a bit annoying, especially if it is saturday and in the early hours of the morning when everybody goes back home... drunk. So perhaps it is better asking for a room that faces the backyard. There is no lift. The carpet is quite dated, but overall excellent stay and I would book again if need to go to Bordeaux, which is a beautiful city. Tereza the concierge from Prague was very helpful.
