  I wanted to experience a hotel that tell me I am in San Juan. This was a very quaint hotel. I loved it. The picture looks exactly like it really is. If you are a person who wants a high end, ritzy and glitzy hotel with all the lights and sounds of a big hotel you will be disappointed. But, if you want a small hotel that is very quaint and charming, this is the hotel for you. It was within walking distance of a majority of the sites and within a short cab ride to other sites. I felt very safe. I was not disappointed. It did not have all the amenities that other high end hotels have, but it was clean and the staff was excellent. The only negative I have to say is that the bar was only open a few hours a day.
