My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April. For two of those, there was no hot water in our room. The staff were apologetic, but didn't tell us when we arrived that we would be showering in freezing water for the majority of our stay, and offered nothing by way of compensation. A free taxi to the airport or even just a round of drinks on the house by way of apology would have taken the sting out of it. But they just shrugged their shoulders and muttered something about a thermostat being broken. And the one morning we ventured down for the buffet breakfast...well, let's just say we waited until lunch before eating. This, along with the threadbare rooms, added to the overall feeling that, as paying guests, we weren't really on the staff's radar. My advice would be to give it a miss. Go somewhere a bit further out from the premium-priced places in this district of Prague - you might actually find some hospitality there.” 22/04/2008
