this is a great hotel for the price, we wanted to be able to walk to the beach, and take taxis into Hoi An. Wonderful balcony looking out to the river and swimming pool. Older hotel, could use upgrades, but for the price it is great.

It is a lovely hotel with great staff, but it is to far from the citycenter although they have a shuttlebus every hour. Matrasses are extremely hard, shower has no waterpressure and you hear everything in the room, it's like people in the corridors standing right next to you.
