  Hotel location is excellent. One thing you can improve and it's the Wi-Fi access from the hotel rooms, other than that, everything is excellent.

  Very clean hostal with a great price. Loved the location. You are within walking distance to Cathedral & all the tourist shops but you are also by the shops where the locals go so you have more reasonable priced restaurant choices, grocery stores and bookstores. The staff spoke English & were very nice, caring and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

  Above all, I was impressed with the quality of service and the genuine concern of all personnel for the guest. I had a "troubled stomach," and the chef made chicken soup for me on 3 occasions, helping to get my gastro-intesinal system under control. I am especially grateful for this!!

  We found the hotel to be very comfortable, the staff very helpful, and the location was convenient to both the historic part of the city, the modern downtown, and the train station. The only disappointment was the in house restaurant was closed for vacation the 4 days we stayed there. (However, there was no shortage of restaurants nearby.)

  I thought it was great, really great. You really knew that you were as close to the Cathedral as possible. And the hotel's religious connections were obvious, in a low key, wonderful way. Everything was simple, clean and nicely done. The decorations in the public spaces were country simple, the garden was beautiful and with all that, the elevator was modern and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfasts, too - abundant and nicely presented.
