We were surprised to find its not really a hotel..more of a pension.Just a bunch of rooms on 2 floors of an apartment building. The room was tiny, barely bigger than the double bed. Our room's only window looked out on an air shaft..and not much air as it had a glass roof. I imagine it would be very hot in summer..no AC. But for our purpose of strolling around this charming city, it was very conveniently located, in the old town, but only 2 blocks from the airport bus.

Right in the heart of Santiago, but also easy access to roads in and out. Wonderful breakfasts, attentive staff, nice design, very clean. Can't go wrong.
