The staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted me by name every time I came in and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, and they even packed a to-go breakfast for me when I had an early flight. Definitely a great value for the money.

Stayed two nights. Mr. Huy, the manager is probably one of the nicest and most accommodating people I've run into. One of the nights, his hotel was completely booked, so he found me another place to stay and even walked me over there.

They knew my name as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved this place! My only one concern would be that the bed was a bit hard but that is typical in all of Vietnam

Very much enjoyed staying at the conifer. It s directly across the street from the Sofitel metropole - a 5 star hotel. The staff were very helpful, stayed on the 8th floor with a balcony - a very large room. Breakfast was very good and we had a very nice dinner there also. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. All this for a moderate price. I recommend this hotel highly.

decent hotel, off a side street to a major street, which is a plus considering that there is less noise. Pleasant staff, eager to please. Breakfast on top floor was a big plus. Clean rooms, just don't expect a spectacular view.
