"was a good choice for overnight stay, perhaps even a longer one"

Arrived late night and needed a place to stay until a mid-morning flight. We were really happy in-room dining service was available 24 hours. Room is spacious with a living room. Shower is slightly aged but not to the point of being unpleasant. Price is excellent for quality, services and location. Shuttle runs every 30 min.
"Solid Hotel for Business"

There was a good deal of construction going on which actually changed which door you use to access the hotel during out trip. The staff was very good and helpful. But on the first day I noticed there was no iron or ironing board in my room (others have mentioned this problem including the guy I was traveling with). I called to request an iron which they said they would send right up. Instead a maid came to the door and said they didnt have any ironing boards at that moment but she would be glad to iron a shirt for me. I sent her with two shirts so I did not have the same problem the next day. They came back nicely ironed but I noticed later that both collars were burned, so I am going to have to throw out two of my dress shirts. Other than that, the hotel was safe and secure and helped with with a cash advance at the front desk to pay for ground transportation. The restaurant was pretty good - service was better than the food, but overall I would probably stay there again.
"Convenient to Chapinero sights"

Hotel is very lovely. Staff tries very hard, but English is not their strong suit, so if your Spanish is less than good, you probably should stay at the Hilton up the street. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable, but the living room was a bit spartan for my taste. But maybe I'm spoiled.
"Great neighborhood and awesome frontdesk people"

Christian and Nelly from the frontdesk are really helpful and very inclined to customer service. When I arrived I got a terrible flu and no doctor would attend me because I had an american insurance and no doctor wanted cash so the hotel called me a doctor and a nurse to my room courtesy of the hotel meaning free of charge. Neighborhood is excellent and there are big malls and money exchange places at very near walking distances. Breakfast is simple but the personnel in the kitchen is excellent, Edward from the restaurant in the hotel is very attentive and prices of all the food in the restaurant are cheap and very good, he even made a soup not in the menu for my girlfriend. Tivoli Suites is excellent for your stay in the north of Bogotá. Thank you Nelly, Christian, Edward and the lady of the breakfast service for all your attentions.
