On arrival the Receptionist was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Everything relevent about the hotel was fully explained in a clear and understanding manner. The room itself was clean, warm, spacious and very comfortable. The quality of food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The Bar itself was friendly relaxing and comfortable. We have stayed in several hotels in Telford over the last 12 months and this was by far the best. We will be staying here again on our next trip in November.

Having stayed in other Telford hotels before, this is a great find, clean and cosy hotel with a warmth from the staff which is all too rare and welcome. Great breakfast with quick friendly service - well done.
