the staff is very friendly and helpful. service is excellent. the hotel is located close to some of the colonial sites, i.e., churches, plazas, museums, etc. the room was clean and the decoration is different than most places i have stayed in Latin America.

Very friendly hotel staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would be nice if they had a bigger breakfast selection but I understand that this will be coming. Would definitely recommend to my friends

Really Good Hotel. But the room is not the same as advertise in web, alos the valet parking is an extra cost which they do not advice until the next day w/o option.

What a great Hotel . The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is excellent. there is a very nice view out over the city. the food in the resteraunt is also very good. The staff made us feel at home.
