  This was more like a very short-term appartment rental than hotel. The reception is only open 8 am-noon, and apparently not on holidays, so if you need something, you may be out of luck. The breakfast is not available every day. That said, the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff, when there, were helpful.

  Great hotel, and especially for the great price. Very very convenient. Literally right across the street from the major rail station if you train in. Eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Tram (public transport) right across the street and easy to use and navigate. And very friendly staff who answer all your questions and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

  This is our hotel of choice after staying several places in Graz the past few years. Convient location for us and a great breakfast.

  I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is at a great location, just across the river from the old town. The breakfast was very good, a full German breakfast (egg, meats, cheese, muesli, yogurt, bread with butter or jam). Overall a great value!

  Conveniently located adjacent to the Graz Hauptbanhof (train station) with connections throughout Europe on the OEBB network. Major bus depot as well with connections all over Graz. However, police station located directly outside causes some late night siren noise pollution. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only wish internet access could be provided.

  Close to Schlossberg and the city center within convenient walking distance of train station at the Lendplatz bus stop. To the south the neighborhood takes on a more "adult" nature but safety was never a concern.

  We picked this hotel based on other reviews and the rates advertised. An excellent hotel with excellent services. Free phone calls to over 64 countries during your stay. Free WiFi (other hotels should take note) and what's more the WiFi coverage was excellent..
