We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

"Good hotel - not great, but good"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 9, 2013
Front staff was quite standoffish and not overly helpful with regards to getting around. The cleaning staff was excellent as was the buffet. The room was a touch on the smaller side, but very liveable. It's a solid 10 minute walk to any active area in town. If you're a bigger guy - the beds are really soft and expect to wake up with a backache

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Enjoyed the stay for the most part. Weather was great - about 85 degrees. BUT hotel turned off air conditioning so the Room was hot & stuffy. Had to sleep with windows open which would have been ok, 'cept for the partying that is done ALL night in Spain.
"Decent reasonably priced hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 30, 2012
Had a 5 night break here in October. Overall for the cost, a pretty reasonable hotel. Position is quiet, 10 minute walk to a nice beach, couple of nice restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are small and basic, but very clean. Breakfast is typical for the price, nothing fancy, but has all you need to start the day off. You can walk to Palma from here, we did it several times, takes about 40 minutes, but is pretty pleasant along the marina. If you are mature, fit and want a budget hotel with a small resort feel, this hotel will probably fit the bill for you.

"Good hotel depending upon your priorities"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 7, 2012
The Armadams was a nice hotel and may appeal to those who value price over view. There are several hotels in the area, most right along the harbor. The Armadams is one street up from the port/Marina, however separated from that street by a steep set of about 75 steps. Views of the harbor are limited, however if you don't mind a short walk or climb, the price difference this hotel is worth the savings. My room was very nice. Good size and set up, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. The bathroom was modern, good size, and had a great spa tub. When approaçhed the staff were helpful and pleasant but I didn't find them to be particularity friendly, which actually is fine with me as I felt like free go come and go. I found the location very convenient, away from the hustle and noise of the center city, but easy to get to places. Three bus routes stop within a block of the hotel with easy access to the center, the price, frequency, and service was great. The #1 bus with direct service to/from the airport, however the stop is on the harbor and the steps are challenging. One option is to get off the #1 at Plaza Espana and change to the #3 or 20, which go right by the hotel. I could walk to the Cathedral in about 15 minutes and there were many good restaurants in most dirrections.
"Central location across the street from waterfront"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 27, 2012
Very clean just what was needed for our one night stay before cruise. Our room had a small balcony with a great view of the waterfront and all the sailboats. The breakfast buffet was very nice with some really great thinly sliced ham. Yum! I would choose to stay there again.
